Marketing Manager for Automation & Composites (all genders)

Your mission

Your mission is all about growth: As part of our Commercial Team, you are responsible for growing our marketing impact and driving company growth through effective lead generation. You leverage all channels, including digital campaigns, trade shows, industry media and expert conferences. You work very hands-on with our company management, technical experts as well as media and international customers. Your tasks

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, incl. performance ads, organic content, workflow automations in relevant tools
Process technical input from our engineers and create compelling marketing content for our target customers in Engineering, e.g. blog articles, whitepaper, press releases, newsletter, video
Amplify brand awareness and drive active lead generation through digital and physical channels
Manage and further expand our website and online presence
Manage trade shows, industry events and host webinars that excite our customers
Represent Cevotec at international industry trade shows
Coordinate with our freelancers to create and produce physical marketing materials
Manage our marketing budgets and measure the success of our initiatives

Your profile

Degree in engineering or business administration with technical focus or similar
Technical writing skills in composites / automation by background or professional experience
Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in commercial roles
Advanced working proficiency of LinkedIN, Google, Hubspot, Wordpress, SEO, content creation
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and German
Proficiency in MS Office suite; Adobe Suite a plus
Willingness and abilibilty to travel to international events (3-4 events per year, 2-4 nights each)
